Who we are
We are well registered Private Limited organization in Sri Lanka, under Government law of Sri Lanka. Thus, we are running all our business through Accounting & Auditing forms. All our workers have to follow Pre-maid agreement with each & every client. If damages or an insurance procedure occur, we focus on our pre-agreement. We make this agreement with each & every client.
Rent A Car Service
‘Rent A Car‘ service client must enroll with a car insurance policy. This is necessary if there is damage, stretch, or theft of the vehicle. It is also required for damage only to third parties.
All vehicles are fully insurance under ‘Rent A Car Insurance Category’. Thus, anybody who has valid driving license can drive our vehicles. We used to add each and every driver details to car Agreement. We always suggest informing us in advance about how many persons are going to drive the car. We need to issue and authorize their (original / country) driving license under SRI LANKA government authority. This is necessary for those who don’t have a Sri Lanka driving license.
We used to bring the vehicles, to client’s location on time (Airport, Hotel, Train station). Therefore, we want extract time delivery or collection in advance (two day before due date). And all clients should plan 15-20 minutes on their schedule, for pick up the vehicle & handing over the vehicle.
We strictly inform you to take clear photos and videos around the vehicle. Capture the car meter before and after the deal for future reference. You can forward those photos & videos to our official number +94 777 222 477. This can be done if requested from the back end.
We need one working day to make your Sri Lanka driving license Endorsement (Used to call local permit). Sri Lanka is one of the few countries that still request authorization. This is required even though you have an International Driving-License Permit (IDP). We have to follow government regulation for easy deal.
Car insurance procedure
- If damage or an accident occurs, the client must contact the office on the site. If the client moves the vehicle from the accident location, the insurance company is not liable for the claim.
- We will start the insurance procedure on that point 24/7.
- We will send the insurance agent to the site of damage (island-wide / 24/7 service).
- The third-party vehicle or property must not move from the accident site. Our car should also remain at the site. This stays in place unless a police officer comes and visits the site.
- If a third-party vehicle or property is moved on the site, the client must go through the government police procedure. This involves making a log entry at the nearest police station.
- Once our insurance agent visits the vehicle, he will issue a claim form. It will detail the type of damage and the reason for the damage.
- The client must sign the paper (the person who drove the car at the time of the accident). And should hand it over to us at the end of the rental period.
